No marriage record has been found for Jarvis and Rhoda. The sources for the marriage of Jarvis Moore and Rhoda are the 1880 and 1900 Lawrence County, Ohio census. The 1869 marriage date is based on information on the 1900 census found at "United States Census, 1900," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M9W6-PRH : accessed 4 June 2017), Jarvis C Moore, Magisterial District 5, Ashland Ashland city Ward 3-4, Boyd, Kentucky, United States; citing enumeration district (ED) 15, sheet 25A, family 519, NARA microfilm publication T623 (Washington, D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, 1972.); FHL microfilm 1,240,509.
The source for the maiden name of Rhoda is the birth record of their son Lewis K Moore. "Ohio Births and Christenings, 1821-1962," database, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XX4F-PXY : 8 December 2014), Jarvis More in entry for Lewis K. More, 03 Dec 1869; citing LAWRENCE, OHIO, reference ; FHL microfilm 317,727.
  Name Lewis K. More
 Gender Male
 Birth Date 03 Dec 1869
 Birthplace LAWRENCE,OHIO
 Father's Name Jarvis More
 Mother's Name Rhoda A. Deen
The initial A here may be incorrect. I believe Rhoda's Christian name was Rhoda Irene. She appears as Rhoda I Dean on the 1850 Carroll County census, Irene Dean on the 1860 (1850 is the source for the names and birth years and locations of her parents), Rena Moore on the 1870 Lawrence Conty census, Rhoda Moore on the 1880 Lawrence census, and Rhoda I Moore on the 1900 Boyd County, Kentucky census.   Rhoda Irene may have drowned in the Ohio River in 1903. The West Virginia Death Index states that Rena Moore died on 22 Jan 1903 in the Ohio River, Cabell County, West Virginia. That this is the same lady is shown by her mother's name as Polly (see 1850 census) and husband's name J. C Moore.

The second marriage of Jarvis to Mary B, for whom no marriage record has been located, is based on his residing with wife Mary B on the 1910 and 1920 Lawrence County census. This is the source for her birth year and location. "United States Census, 1920," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MDBR-CH2 : accessed 4 June 2017), Jarvis Moore, Fayette, Lawrence, Ohio, United States; citing ED 98, sheet 5A, line 24, family 98, NARA microfilm publication T625 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, 1992), roll 1400; FHL microfilm 1,821,400.
Further information on Mary B Williams is found on her Ohio state Death Certificate no. 74741. This is the source for the names of her parents and her exact birth and death dates and locations. The informant is J C Moore.
The source for the third marriage of Jarvis to Irene when he was 83 years old is "Ohio, County Marriages, 1789-2013," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2QCD-F97 : 8 December 2014), Jarvis Moore and Irene Mutters, 10 Nov 1927; citing Lawrence, Ohio, United States, reference ; county courthouses, Ohio; FHL microfilm 1,574,149.
This is also the source for Irene's birthplace and age which is listed as '63 years of age on 19 Dec 1927." This is her second marriage, as she is listed as a widow and her married name is Irene Mutters. No marriage for an Irene Arthur to a Mutters has been located.
There is an Irene Mutters, aged 60, widowed, and born in Kentucky, on the 1920 Boyd County, Kentucky census living with sister Emma Arthur and nephew. "United States Census, 1920," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MH2V-K14 : accessed 4 June 2017), Irene Mutters, Pollard, Boyd, Kentucky, United States; citing ED 19, sheet 28A, line 36, family 317, NARA microfilm publication T625 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, 1992), roll 560; FHL microfilm 1,820,560.
Jarvis' birthplace is listed as Grayson County, Kentucky on this certificate, but must mean Grayson County, Virginia as that is the county of origin of all this generation of the wider Moore family. Jarvis is listed as divorced, which, if it is correct, could only mean a divorce from his first wife Rhoda, as Mary B died the year before this marraige according to the death certificate cited above. It is odd that he would be listed as divorced when he was widowed only the year before from his second wife.
The source for the death of Jarvis Moore is Ohio Death, 1908-1932, 1938-2007.
Another source for the death, burial, and exact birth information for Jarvis is his Ohio State Death Certificate no. illegible.
This certificate states he was born 4 September, 1845 and was 94, almost 95, years old. This is in conflict with the information on the 1900 Lawrence County census which states his age was 52 and that he was thus born in Sept 1848. I have used the date on the Death Certificate.
The obituary of Jarvis Moore was searched for surviving siblings, especially John C and Eliza Moore, but to no avail. His 19 July 1940 obituary from the Irontonian only lists three surviving children- Henry, Lewis, and Ellis Moore.
Note: Jarvis Moore was married three times- first to Rhoda, second to Mary B W
