Emma Platt Casey and Alva must have divorced prior to 1920 as at the time of her death, according to her Ohio State Death Certificate, she was the wife of Roy Dillon.
While I have not followed this lead, there is an Emma Dillon on the 1920 Franklin County, Ohio census as the wife of a Leroy Dillon.
There is evidence that Emma remarried to a Dillon but I have not following these leads.
