These sheets include names of the children, birth dates, death dates, and in some instances, burial locations of several family members of Isaac and Josephine Martin.
The source for the death date and location of Wade is Illinois, Deaths and Stillbirths Index, 1916-1947.
The children of Wade Gulsby and Susan Martin are listed in an old nineteenth century hand as Augusta and Tracy. This information was confirmed on the 1910 Illinois census. Here the two children of Wade and Susan are called Tracy (transcribed on Family Search as 'Frany') and Gerta, perhaps a nickname for Augusta, age 24 and 20 respectively. . For some reason two of the children of Wade and Susan were never entered in the Family Bible, but were discovered upon subsequent research. In both cases the birth records list the parents as Wade Goolsby and Susan Martin.

For some unknown reason Edward has a birth certificate in Illinois and Tennessee!! The same parents cited are Wade and Susan Martin Goolsby and the birth date and name of the child are exactly the same as the Illinois record. I have entered the Illinois birth location, as the family resided there at the time of his birth. The source for the 'bef. 1910' deaths of Edward and Kellie is from the 1910 census in which Susan is listed as the mother of 4 children, two of which are still living. The two living in 1910 were Gerta (Augusta) and Tracy, thus Kellie and Edward were deceased by 1910. Subsequently the 1900 census was found (the family is transcribed as Goosby) in which the only two children in the family are Augusta and Tracy. Susan is listed as the mother of 4 children of whom 2 are living in 1900. The 'bef. 1910' death for Edward and Kellie is thus changed to 'bef. 1900'.
