Note: isted. One is age 15 (born 1835) and the other age 10 (born 1840). Amanda Martin born 1835 can be documented through marriage, later census records, and her Ohio State Death Certificate. The other Amanda Martin is at present (2013) a mystery and could be a mistake, entered carelessly by the census taker for a daughter of a completely different name. Widow Margaret Johnson Martin's 1860 Iowa census report has no Amanda Martins residing with her.
