While the baptism of Issac does not appear in the Dorchester records the following two lists of data and research connect him, as well as give an overview of the Maryland/North Carolina/Grayson County, Virginia Moores (the first set of notes) and exhaustive data and research on the earlier Maryland Moores (second set) who are most likely related to Benjamin, but at present cannot be proved as such.
  FIRST SET OF DATA http://www.geneocity.com/names/moore/index.html
This is a good link with manyinternal links of interest which I have not included here.
"Nimrod Moore (wife Polly/Mary Jane) was born in 1776 in Dorchester Co., MD to Benjamin and Margere. He left Dorchester in the 1790s and lived in Rockingham Co., NC until about 1805, after which he went to Grayson Co., VA.
It is believed that Isaac Moore, who was also born in MD (1779), and who married Sarah Carrico, is Nimrod's brother. Isaac left MD for Grayson, VA shortly before 1800.
By 1850, nearly every Moore in Grayson, VA is a descendant of one of these two. Later many of their descendants moved on to Lawrence Co., OH.
With few exceptions, any Moores in Grayson County Virginia in the first half of the 1800s were of this family.  One of the exceptions is one of another Isaac and Sarah Moore.  This other Moore family left Grayson Co. and moved to Madison County, IN.
Also worthy of note: Nimrod's Great Granddaughter Pearl Emma Moore married Isaac's Great Grandson John Clark Moore (they were 3rd cousins).  Pearl and John are my Great Grandparents.
There is old family rumor that we are descended from Pocahontas, but as of yet this is far from sure. Read more here.
Click here to go right to Benjamin - and all known descendants. There are now over 600 individuals named in his descendancy.
I have documented a few other Moore groups over the years too: click here for all of them (nearly 1000 now). Some of the other surnames connected with these Moores: Carrico, Barber (Barbour), Hanks, Boyles, Hampton, Vaughan...

This file was begun by Pearl Moore's children and spouses. Pearl Moore and her husband John Clark Moore freely admited to being cousins but always said 4th or 5th cousins. If the family's research is correct, they are actually 3rd cousins: Pearl being descended from Nimrod (who married Polly) and John being descended from Nimrod's brother Isaac (who married Sarah/Sally Carrico).

"My grandmother (nearly 104 years old) lived near her grandfather, Jarvis C. Moore. He was born in 1840 something and died when he was 94. My grandmother was his first grandchild. He lived for many years after she was born. He used to talk about the family a lot. Jarvis was a grandson of Lewis Moore, son of Isaac and Sally. Nimrod lived in the area (Ohio), too. My grandmother said they were definitely brothers, so I am sure she knows what she is talking about."

"According to my grandmother, Rena Melvina MOORE LYND who was born in 1899 and is still living (1999), Nimrod and Isaac were brothers. She said that her grandfather, Jarvis C. MOORE (who was born in 1845 and old enough to know both Nimrod and Isaac before they died), [not quite true. Isaac and Nimrod would have died before this boy was born in 1845, but up to thenvery convincing. Neil Rutman insertion] used to sit her on his lap and tell her tales about the past and family connections. She was rather certain of the fact that Nimrod and Isaac were brothers. Although I have not found a record of Isaac's baptism in Maryland, I did find Nimrod's and Priscilla's (I do not have Priscilla's entered on the database but I do have it), I am listing him as a child of Benjamin & Margere. Nimrod and Isaac (and possibly Benjamin) migrated from Maryland to Rockingham County, NC then to Grayson Co., VA, where Nimrod died. Nimrod's widow and Isaac & his wife, Sally, all then migrated to Lawrence County, OH where all three died."
!MILITARY: Is he the Benjamin MOORE who was in the Rev. War from North Carolina?
!RESEARCH: Recommend trying to find baptismal record of Isaac in the same parish to prove connection and to further research the Dorchester County MOOREs who went to North Carolina.

In attempting to locate information about the daughter Priscilla who may or may not have joined the family on their five decade long journey to Lawrence County, Ohio by way of North Carolina and Grayson County, Virginia, three Priscilla Moores have been located in later records. There is a Priscilla Moore on the 1860 census living in Bryantown in Charles County, but she was mulatto and age 43. There is a Priscilla Moore on a 1781 Maryland census living in Upper Marlborough, Prince Georges County in 1781, but it is unlikely that this is our Priscilla as records generally did not record doings of 7 year old girls. The most likely is the record of a Priscilla Moore living in Baltimore ward 3 in Baltimore, Maryland on the 1850 census. She is born in 1773 in Maryland which matches our Priscilla, and living with a family of uncertain relationship.

A Priscilla Moore is also on the next census of 1860 in Baltimore living with a family of uncertain relationship. Her birth year is off by four years (she is listed as 90 years old, though she is still about ten years older than the 1850 census) and she is living in a different ward (assuming the boundaries and numbers had not changed in the ten years between 1850 and 1860). This is most likely the same lady as on the 1850 census.

Undoubtedly this same Priscilla is buried in the Loudon cemetery in Baltimore:
  Name: Priscilla Moore
 Death Date: 1862
 Cemetery: Loudon Park Cemetery
Burial or Cremation Place: Baltimore, Baltimore City, Maryland, USA
 Source: FindaGrave.com
If this Priscilla is the same as the daughter of Benjamin and Margere Moore then she never married. Alternatively, she may have married by 1800 and gone with the family on their journey (not likely), or remained in Maryland under another married surname (more likely). In the mutual migrations of her brothers Nimrod and Isaac to North Carolina/Virginia and then to Lawrence County, Ohio, there is never any mention that sister Priscilla joined or followed them. I suggest Priscilla remained in Baltimore as an unmarried lady as per the 1850 and 1860 census records.
No further information is forthcoming on her as of 2018.

Note:   This is probably not the complete list of Benjamin and Margere's childr
