This June 1917 document states he is living in Youngstown, Ohio and gives his birthdate as 23 Sept 1887, which fits with his Sept 1887 birthdate on the 1900 census while living with parents, Martin and Ida. This document also says he is both married and supporting his mother. Ida was widowed by 1917 and that also fits in. His profession is listed as electrician.

His birth year is 1887 and his profession is listed as electrician. This is the source of the birth year and location of his spouse, Gladys M.
