  The source for the birth and death of Ulrich and his marriage to Maria is a 2016 correspondence with Linda Klosek, author of 'Knecht Family History, 1792-1985':
  "The info. on Ulrich - born Feb. 18, 1738 in Bucks County, PA (from the Early Births Book).  He died Feb. 26, 1818 in Forks Twp., Northampton Co., PA, aged 80 yrs. 8 dys. (from the Cemetery record, Dryland Cem., Hecktown, PA). You have the correct marriage date (from the Tohickon Ch. Record)." 
  Burial place of Ulrich is the Dryland Churchyard in Northampton County listed at www.geocities.com/heartland/6508/dryland.htm.
  The source for the birth, baptism, death, and burial of 1st wife Maria Catharina Schlauch is p. 181 of Klosek's 'Knecht Family History 1792-1895.' Klosek sources her birth and baptism from the Williams township Cong. Church Record and her death from the Dryland cemetery in Hecktown, PA burial records. Headstone in existence.
  The source for the birth, baptism, death, and burial of 2nd wife Eva Elisabeth Lanna Schmidt is p. 181 of Klosek's 'Knecht Family History 1792-1895.'
 Her source is the Salem Church cemetery in Forks. This information includes the birth dates for her nine two children. Her headstone can also be found in the Salem Church cemetery in Northampton County which includes her exact dates of birth and death.
  CHILDREN:
  Some sources have an additional daughter before Mary Margretha named Margretha born in 1759. With the exception of the year, all her birth, marriage, name of husband, and death statistics are the same as Mary Margretha's. Therefore, I believe her to be the same person as Mary Margretha and have not included her here. Some records refer to daughter Rosina Susanna only as Susanna.
  The source for the data on Maria Margretha is a 2016 correspondence with Linda Klosek, author of "Knecht Family History, 1792-1985":
  "The birth of their first child Maria Margaret Knecht  was June 3, 1760 (from the Early Births Book).  She was baptized July 6, 1760 with Leonard Knecht and wife as sponsors (Tohickon Ch. records).  She married Leonard Frankenfield and they resided in Bethlehem Twp., Northampton Co., PA in 1806.  She died Sept. 2, 1840 and is buried in Dryland Ch. Cem., Hecktown, PA."
