There is an 1823 marriage of an Elizabeth Martin to a Andrew Skitmore at "Ohio Marriages, 1800-1958," database, <i>FamilySearch</i>(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XDC2-9ZK : accessed 4 April 2016), Andrew Skitmore and Elizabeth Martin, 19 Nov 1823; citing , Lawrence, Ohio, reference 2:3Z2BTWK; FHL microfilm 317,430.
On following this couple on the 1850 census and later this Elizabeth was born in Pennsylvania in 1799.
No marriage for an Elizabeth Martin has been found in the neighboring Gallia County.

An Additional search was done on Family Search by typing in the first name 'Elizabeth', born 1802-1806 in Virginia and living in Lawrence County on the 1850 census. About fiteen married Elizabeths meeting these criteria came up and I checked each of those married Elizabeths on FindaGrave in Lawrence County to see if there was any biographical information. Nothing. Finally I checked under the name of each husband on FamilySearch for their marriages in Ohio (looking for Lawrence or Gallia Counties) between 1819 and 1840 in hopes that one of them would have married an Elizabeth Martin. Nothing.
