That this John Johnson is the same John as the son of Thomas and Eliza Moore is proved by the 1933 Ohio State Death Certificate of John Johnson. His wife is listed as Sarah E Gotre and his parents as Thomas Johnson and Eliza Lewis. This document is the source for John's birth and death dates and locations, his burial location, and the name of Sarah's father. Ohio State Death Certificate no. 3526. This same death is indexed under West Virignia Death Index incorrectly with a birth date of 1909.
