The source for the marriage of Lillian Mae Troxell to Robert Frable was finding Lillian Frable's Pennsylvania State Death Certificate no. 22361, in which she is listed as the daughter of Preston Troxell and Emma Rutman, and Robert Frable is the informant. This is also the source for the confirmation of her birthdate, and the source for her death and burial dates and locations.
To confirm this relationship Robert F Frable and Lillian M Frable (transcribed as Prable on Ancestry) are living on the 1930 and 1940 Carbon County, census with daughter Betty. This is the source for the state of nativity for Robert and his age, which on both census records is listed as abt 1897. Lillian, on the other hand, was perhaps looser with her age and is listed as born in 1898 on the 1930 census and 1901 on the 1940 census. Quite a distance from 1887!

In the absence of a marriage certificate the 'bef. 1924' year is based on the age of daughter Betty on the 1930 census cited above.
Lillian Mae Troxell Frable is referred to as 'the first wife' of Robert Frable on her page on FindaGrave.com online. She is listed without dates. No research has been done on the history of Robert Frable, though his page on FindaGrave.com says, without documentation, that he was born in Kunkletown to Amazon and Carrie (Kline) Frable.
