  Hi Heather,
  Cannot help directly with your relative's burial, but thought you might not
 know that the "City of London" Cemetary is well outside the City. It is in
 fact on the borders of Wanstead and Manor Park, in the East of London and
 opened originally, I understand, because all the burial grounds in the East
 End were full to overflowing, with danger of disease if they were used any
 more. I think there is a hefty charge for information from this Cemetary -
 but try anyway - you might get them on a good day.
