Note: Ida was the daughter of Annie Collette. She was raised by her grandparents Natalie and Olivier. However, Daniel Newton Leighton Sr considered her to be his child.
Mike Leighton told me Ida would go to Doris and Bills and that as kids Mike and his siblings would go to Ida's and knew her kids. He also said they (the adults) would exchange Christmas gifts... so she was obviously closer to Bill than I thought...
