Note: William Fullagar made a fairly simple will dated 30.11.1730, summarised as follows: To my son William : All my wearing apparrel .
To my two sons , John & William : All the remainder of my goods, chattells, plate and money, To be equally divided between them.
Joint executors : My two sons, John and William Fullagar.
Witnesses : Richard Chapman and John Stringer.
Probate was granted twice : on 13.1.1739, after the son William swore the necessary oath ; then on 3.2.1739 after the son John eventually swore the oath.
