 In the on-line transcriptions this is sometimes incorrectly taken to have been a middle initial "J." Both Daniel's parents native tongue is shown as Irish -This probably does not mean that they spoke Irish Gaelic however, merely that they had an Irish accent.
 Daniel should have still been 31 in Feb 1920 if he had been born in July 1888 as records indicate.
 The Tile Works were one of the main industries in Clermont at the time.
 Florence should have still been 23 in Feb 1920 if she was born in June 1896 as records indicate)
 They lived almost next door to Jacob Amend and his wife Anne (Keating) and their children.

  Mrs Florence McConeghy
  Norwalk --- Mrs Daniel C. McConeghy, 66 of 62 West Seminary Street, died Thursday in
 Good Samaritan Hospital, Sandusky.
 A native of Pennsylvania, Mrs McConeghy had been a resident here for 17 years. She was
 a member of the Baptist Church.
 Surviving are her husband, Daniel; five sons, Daniel and Gordon, Parma Heights; John, Tiro;
 Howard, Wellington; and Robert, Garrett, Ind.; three daughters, Mrs William Willet, Greenwich;
 Mrs Walter Smith, Nova; and Mrs Arthur Cady, Norwalk; a sister, Mrs Edith Chandler, Phoenix, Ariz.;
 and 31 grandchildren.
 Friends may call at the Heaston Mortuary today. Services will be at 2 p.m. (EST), Monday in the
 funeral home. The Rev. Paul Carpenter, pastor of the Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be
 in Edwards Grove Cemetery, Greenwich.
