 Andrew Sheets Will:
 Andrew Sheets, of the State of Ohio, being sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be given unto God for his mercy, calling to mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament as touching my worldly affairs and estate, where with it hath pleased God to bless me in this life, I give, demise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form. First, I want two eldest sons Jacob and Martin Sheets, to pay up for the balance of my land if they can what is behind, and then for them to have thereof the land in proportion to what they pay or else to have their money refunded them again at the discretion of my executors, and if they cannot pay up for said land, I want said land sold to the best advantage. I also want my widow to have the benefits of my land for to raise the children on while she remains a widow, and also all my other household goods, and chattles and utensils belonging to said place, and I want the land equally divided amongst my sons only such part as Jacob and Martin may pay for themselves, to be their own with their portion of the rest of said land, and when the children all become of age, I want all the other property of my estate such as stock and household goods to be sold and equally divided between my wife and all my children. I also constitute and appoint my beloved wife Catharine Sheets and my son Jacob Sheets the sole Exrs. of this my last Will and Testament and I do thereby utterly disallow revoke and disannull all and every other former will and testament, legacies, bequests and executors by me in any (?) before mentioned, willed, bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament in witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of May one thousand eight hundred and nine.
