Text: And now comes Margaret Mann, a resident of said county of Delaware and represents to said Court that one Margaret Beaver is a resident of said County, and has a legal settlement in the Township of Genoa in said County, and that the said Margaret Bever is an Imbecile and by reason thereof is incapable of taking care of her person and property. The said Margaret Mann further represents that the said Margaret Bever has the following property, to-wit: Two Houses and lots and one vacant lot in Westerville Ohio Valued at $2700, The annual rents of which are about $216 and about $1000 in moneys and draws a pension of $12 per month from the situate in said County, and other personal property and right in action. Your petitioner, therefore, prays for the appointment of a Guardian for the person and property of the said Margaret Bever. X Margaret Mann.
