Notes
a. Note:   from 3rd cousin Robert Lacasse on 23 Apr 2020 to me
  Hello Mary Beth,
I’m including a photo of Marie-Louise Mireault . If you pay attention you’ll see hand written « Louise femme Didace » which means « Didace’s wife ». The photo is part of a photographic heritage of Annette Lacasse-Gauthier an amateur genealogist for over 40 years, before she died in 2005. She bequeathed all her work to Quebec National Archive. I numerised that photo when I get to visit the Rouyn-Noranda branch (Abitibi) of the National Archive, last summer. I was not able to identify the person right to her. I think the picture was taken in the 1920’s, at a possible visit to her sister in law (Olive Gareau, my grand-grand-mother). Olive died in 1952 at the age of 99 years old.
Having say so, I notice that you entered Feb 3rd 1931 as the date of dead. As I do not have access to the Waterford Marriage and Burials Repertoire, page 44, I would like to know if it’s possible to send me a copy through email to complete my file of the record you seem to have. Thank you in advance.
Going through the information you report in your Ancestry Tree for her, I notice that the residence for 1881, is « Terrebonne » This is partly right. Terrebonne is a county name and a city name. She lived in a Community known at the time as « Ste-Lucie-de-Doncaster » which is in the county of Terrebonne. That village change the name for « Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides » in the 1920’s. You have report year of immigration 1889 (report on 1910 census) but from other census, it’s more 1899, which make sense as I know from canadian census of 1891, that all the family was living in « St-Côme » a village next to the one where she married with Didace. As a matter of fact, the censor for that census, is Marie-Louise’s father in law EPHREM LACASSE, father of Didace. At that time, a lot of Didace Brothers and sisters, lived in St-Côme. By exemple my Grand-grand-father, Joseph lived in « St-Côme » at the same period. Hoping it will help
