"Vulfefundis" is named as one of the three queens of King Dagobert by Fredegar who says the king "surrendered himself to limitless debauchery, having three queens and mistresses beyond number"[386]. This implies that the king's third and fourth marriages were polygamous, which is apparently confirmed by Queen Nantechildis still being queen when Dagobert died[387].
