Notes
a. Note:   MW is curious - why did I never meet Margaret May Whitehead or Edward Raymond West Hebden? Raymond lived until 1979 and Margaret was alive until 1973. There must have been a rift between this branch of the family and George and Doris, or we would at least have heard of them when George Doris and Dad were alive.
They lived at 27 Redpath Place, a stone's throw from where I grew up at 4 Redpath Place.
George Victor gave Margaret away at her wedding on 16 Feb 1922 because by that time all the Edward Ashworth Whiteheads (his brother, father and grandfather) had died.
The Hebdens spent the summer of 1946 at the Cottage in Dorval. It seems likely the rift occurred between that time and the death of Ella May Sicotte in 1955.
