1910-Census Living in Minneapolis with parents-age 24

"BLAKE -EDWARDS - Miss Marjorie Edwards, the daughter of Mrs. Mary J. Edwards, became the bride of Frank Orris Blake, Jr. of Los Angeles, at a quiet marriage ceremony Tuesday evening at the home of Mrs. Edwards, 914 East Nineteenth street. Only the immediate relatives were in attendance at the service, which was read by Rev. Marion D. Shutter of the Church of the Redeemer. The only attendant was the bride's brother, Junius D. Edwards, who was the best man.
Miss Edwards wore a wedding gown of white satin charmeuse made with pannier draperies of white chiffon and elaborated with old duchess lace that had been in the family of her mother for several generations. Her tulle veil was held with a wreath of white and her bridal bouquet was a shower of bride's roses and orchids.
After the wedding supper Mr. and Mrs. Blake left on a several weeks' Eastern trip. They will retune to Minneapolis some time in October to visit Mrs. Blake's mother before continuing West. Mr. and Mrs. Blake will be at home in Los Angeles at 410 Gramercy place after Nov.1.
Mrs. Blake is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Mr. Blake is a graduate of on of the large California colleges. The bride wore a traveling gown of navy blue.
1920-Census living in Whittier, Los Angelos, Calif. with husband and 3 month old daughter, Marjorie. Frank is a geologist for an oil company.
1930-Census still in Whittier, CA with husband, daughter age 10, and son Robert, age 8. Her mother Mary Jordan Edwards, age 75, is living with her.
Marjorie died about this time according to a letter from her son, and Mary Jordan Edwards stayed on to care for the children for several years until Frank Blake remarried.
1931 California Death index shows Marjorie Blake died in Los Angeles county on 4 March 1931; state file number 14994
