 WILLIAM A. BOSTIC Valparaiso, Indiana William A. Bostic, Age 83, of Valparaiso, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at the VNA Horton Hospice Center. He was born March 12, 1923 in Virden, IL to George and Audrey (Buck) Bostic. He served in the U.S. Navy, was a salesman for DMI Farm Equipment for 15 years and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Bill enjoyed fishing and operated a charter boat on Lake Michigan for several years. On June 15, 1946 he married Idabelle Pyritz, who preceded him in death January 26, 2005. Survivors include five children, Linda Canada of Valparaiso, Lowene (Ed) Stipp of Fort Wayne, Susan (Kevin) Agee of Missouri City, TX, Robert Bostic of Valparaiso and Paul Bostic of Houston, TX; 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Carpenter of Springfield, IL and Enola Moske of Gardena, CA. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a son, John in 2005; a grandson, Matthew Bostic; and a brother, Rex. Following cremation at Angelcrest Crematory at Moeller Funeral Home, a private family prayer service will be conducted by the Rev. Stephen Bongard. Memorials may be made to VNA Hospice or Immanuel Lutheran Church. moellerfuneralhome.com.
