Notes
a. Note:   The birthplace of Adam H. Kildow is questionable. Birth records posted at Ancestry.com by some researchers state that he was born in Codorus Township, York County, Pennsylvania. However, the 1850, 1860 and 1870 U.S. Census records show him as being born in Maryland. Since Codorus Township in York County, PA is just north of Baltimore County, Maryland it is possible that he was born in Maryland but lived in Codorus Township, York County, Pennsylvania.
