Notes
a. Note:   metery inscription reads Catharine Wieland died June 23, 1880, aged 58 y, 2 m, 7 d. The math does not work out exactly with the birth date on the Emigration Index and her birth, marriage records, however the year and day works. Probably a typo, and meant to read 7 months, instead of 2. The local newspaper dated September 14, 1880, page 4, notes that Catharine Wieland died in Clarksville on June 23 of congestion of the brain at 57 years. The County Death Record says she was 57 years and 8 months old on the day of her death. This does work out correctly. It also says she died of "congestion of bowles".
Note:   The Ackermann family was very numerous in the community of Weissach, both Unter and Ober. Ackermann means farmer, however her father appears to have been a baker according to various birth records. Ce
