  Susannah (Susan) sold her acreage to daughter-in-law Elizabeth Harper in December, 1866. I assume she moved north to Illinois, but have found no record of her in the 1870 census, and do not really know where she died.
Note:   In 1820 in Jackson Co. TN, there is a Burrel Mancel, a Rice Mancel, and a Robert Mancel. In 1830 there is an Elisabeth Mansel, a James, another James, and a Samuel Mansel. In the census records in 184
