Note: erdue, Ssak., passed away November 13, 1985 at the age of 90 years. She is survived by two sons; Alex and his wife Ruth and John, both of Saskatoon; sisters: Alberta, Edith and Elva and brother Jim, all of B.C.; three grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and their children. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas, Oct. 26, 1982[;] her daughter Laura Nov. 6/82, two sisters and two brothers. Mrs. Harrison was born at Pipestone, Manitoba on September 2, 1895 and came west to Saskatoon with her family in 1905. She married her husband Thomas in 1914 and farmed in the Perdue District until 1955 when they retired to Perdue and then to Saskatoon in 1979. Mrs. Harrison was always a "joiner," belonging to most of the local organizations, among them being rural clubs, the Rebekah Lodge, Perdue Agricultural Society, the Canadian Legion, United Church Orchestra and Choir in earlier days, and other groups and causes. She leaves behind many examples of her chief hobby which was needlework, crocheting, petit point, embroidery and sewing. Funeral Services will be held Friday, Nov. 15, 1985 at 2:00 p.m. from the Perdue Legion Hall. Flowers are gratefully declined. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Biggar Funeral Home.
