a. Note:   Donald Elam killed himself with a .45 cal army pistol while talking to his wife on the telephone early Saturday morning. There was a divorce action pending in court at the time of his death. He lived in Middletown and had worked at the Maxon
 Construction company for 11 years. He and his wife, Maxine, were married for 12 years and had two children. Donald was a native of Middletown Ohio and was a decorated veteran of the Air Corps in World War ll seeing service in the European
 theater.
