Note: Louisa (Thornton) Reno was the 2nd child of Felix Thornton and Mary Celetha Holly (both born in North Carolina). She was born on 5 Jan 1813 in Johnston County, North Carolina (most likely Newton Grove). Her father relocated to Smith County, Tennessee between 1816 - 1820 and was in Schuyler County, Illinois between 1829-1830. Louisa married Jonathan Reno, Jr. on 23 Jan 1834 in Schuyler County, Illinois. She died on 10 Oct 1909 and was buried in the Old Ridgeville Cemetery.
