Note: I can find very little information about Catherine Schmie who married Henry Amelunke on June 15, 1871. She apparently married this Henry Amelunke of Gordonville, MO since Heinrich Andreas Amelunke was still married to Karoline Krieger who did not die until November 1881. This falls into the time frame between when Johann Heinrich Amelunke´s last reported child by Hannah Overfelt of 1867 and his first child by Rosena Schweer in 1881 were born.
