  Obituary from Orange County Times-Press, December 1, 1922
 Oscar J. Baker
 Oscar J. Baker of High View, whose death on Sunday was told briefly in the Times-Press Monday night, was born in Ohio, May 9, 1837, a son of Caleb Baker and Catherine Carlile. In 1853 at Grahamsville he was married to Hannah M. Irwin. He was a member of the Bloomingburg M. E. Church and had spent practically all his life in that vicinity.
 Mr. Baker is survived by his wife and two daughters, Jennie, wife of Clarence Clark of Circleville; Bessie, wife of Byron Schoonmaker of Scotchtown. One half-brother, William Baker of Fair Oaks, and a half-sister, Mrs. M. A. King, of Bloomingburg, also survive.
 The funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 oÕclock at the Bloomingburg M. E. Church. The services were conducted by the Rev. William Colden.
