 Deaths and Funerals
 Mrs. Anna Hendrickson died recently at Keyserike [sic] aged 85.

 Will Contest.
 There is a contest in the case of the proving of the last will and testament of Ann Hendrickson, of the town of Rochester, on the ground that the same was procured by "undue influence and circumvention and coercion." A hearing has been had and the witnesses to the will examined and cross-examined at length. The will devises all the real estate to the daughter, Mary J. Hendrickson, also the household furniture to her; one dollar each to the son, Benjamin Hendrickson, and daughter, Sarah Hoornbeck. To the six children, Maude A. Wyncoop, Eliza C. Relyea, Harriet Southerland, Joanna Stephens, Jemima Brundage and John Hendrickson, the residue of the personal estate. Simon J. Roosa is named as executor. The will was made November 12, 1889, and witnessed by Simon P. Lyons and Simon J. Roosa. The will was drawn by Mr. Lyons. The case will be heard again Wednesday, May 28.
