 Ellenville, April 5ÑMrs. Josephine Boat, 85, died at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Roy Hujus, In New York city on Saturday after a long illness. She was born at Alligerville on October 7, 1852, the daughter of George and Anna Harp Hendrickson. Forty-four years ago she was married at the Ellenville Lutheran Church to Henry Boat, by the Rev. Lewis Smith. She was a member of the local Dutch Reformed Church and the LadiesÕ Aid Society. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Etta Richardson, of New Paltz; one son, Lewis Brundage, of Pearl River, 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Pulling Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon, the Rev. William Coombe officiating. Mrs. Grace Ray sang "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere." Burial was at the Ellenville Cemetery.
