Take notice that C. H. Lewis and Ralph Peagler have filed in the Court a petition to probate the will of F. M. Lewis, deceased, and the same is set down for hearing before said Court, at Greenville, Alabama, on January 17, 1920, at which time and place you can appear and contest the same if you shall see proper to do so.
