AL Carrie B., age 47, 0 children, 0 living, born AL, parents born GA Excerpts from obituary from Lewis folder at Greenville, AL, library: (newspaper not named, but dated February 3, 1932) Green B. Lewis, one of the old and respected citizens of Butler county, died at his home in Greenville on January 29th, after a long illness. Mr. Lewis was born November 7th, 1853, in Lowndes county, Ala. He left home when a boy and went to Texas. In Dallas, Tex., he was married, on June 4th, 1880, to Miss Carrie B. Earl, who survives him. Mr. Lewis lived in Long Beach, Miss., for fifteen years, and for many years has resided in Butler county. He lived for a number of years in the Liberty community, and was one of the most successful truck farmers in the county. Mr. Lewis leaves his widow and two brothers: Messrs. C. H. Lewis, of this county, and Sidney Lewis of Quincy, Fla. Burial at Magnolia Cemetery.
