 LAST WILL OF JOEL DOLBY, DECEASED;
 I, Joel Dolby of the county of Clinton and State of Indiania do makeand
 publish this my last will and testament, hereby revolking and makingvoid all
 former wills by me at anytime heredefore made.
 First, i direct that my body be decently interned and that my funeralbe
 conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation inlife and as
 to such wordly estate as it has pleased God to entrust me with. Idispose of
 the same in the following manner to-wit. I direct first, that all myjust
 debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease asposible, out of
 the first moneys that shall come to the hands of my executors. I giveand
 bequeth to the heirs of my daughter Rachel Clark deceased the sum ofone dollar
 each. I also give and bequeath to my son Joel Dolby the sum of onedollar. I
 also give and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Clemmons the sum of onedollar. I
 also give and bequeath to my son Jacob Dolby the sum on one dollar. Ialso
 give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Clemmons the sum of onedollar. I
 also give and bequeath to my son Reuben Dolby the sum of one dollar.I give
 also and bequeath to my daughter Susannah Little the sum of onedollar, I
 having heretofore made advances to the above named of my children. Ialso
 direct that after my just debts funeral expenses are paid and also theabove
 named legacies paid that my beloved wife Nancy Dolby have all mypersonal and
 real estate in the West half of the South East quarter of Section oneTown 21
 North of Range one West 80 acres during her natural life to use andoccupy the
 same as she sees proper for the purpose of raising my younger childrenand I
 also further direct at the death of my beloved wife Nancy that all myproperty
 both real and personal be sold by my Executor and the proceeds thereofbe
 equally divided by my executor between my following named children,vig; Ellen
 Dolby, Thomas C. Dolby, Nancy J. Dolby, John R. Dolby, Daniel M.Dolby, Joseph
 J. Dolby share and share alike. And I hereby make and ordain myworthy friend
 Pete Hvendirckson Executor of this my last will and testament. Inwitness
 whereof Joel Dolby, the testator have hereinto set my hand and sealthis twenty
 ninth (29) day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eighthundred
 and fifty-five (1855).
