In the name of God, I Elizabeth Bumgarner, considering the uncertaintyof this
Mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, blessed be theAlmighty God
for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament inthe manner
and form following, that is to say, First that my will is that my only
surviving daughter Elizabeth Phillips, shall have all my personalproperty
including money and all my things whatsoever belonging unto me afterall
necessary expenses be paid, the said bequeath being for their takingcare of
me.
I do make and appoint Jesse Phillips my executor of this my last willand
testament, to do an perform all things appertaining thereunto.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thetwenty-ninth
day of January. one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two.
