HADIE PORCHE Hadie Cadierre Porche, 83, a native and resident of Houma, died at 6:40
a.m. Monday, Oct. 13. 1997. Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday at Chauvin Funeral Home
and from 8:30 to funeral time Wednesday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass
will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by one sister, Vivian Babin of Houma; and numerous
nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband;, Paul Luke Porche; her
parents, Eugene and Selma Gro Cadierre; four brothers, Louis, Ernest, Godfrey
and Lylie "Jake" Cadierre; and four sisters, Neomie Caro Florence Jacuzzo,
Vera Duncan and Leona Pitre. She was a homemaker and parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church.
