  CHAUVIN, NURVEY
  Nurvey Elizabeth Chauvin, 68, native and resident of Houma, died at 1:05 pm Wed. Mar. 14, 1984. She was a member and organist with the St. Louis Alter society.
  Visitation will be from 5 pm until 9 pm today and from 8 am until funeral time at the funeral home on Friday.
 The funeral will be at 10 AM Friday at St. Louis Catholic Church in Bayou Blue. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
  She is survived by one brother, Ollen A. Chauvin of Houma; four sisters, Mrs. Junius (Della) Usie, Miss Jeanne Chauvin, Mrs. Nick (Bessie Lee) Barrow, all of Houma and Mrs. Earl (Frances) Brien of Luling.
  She was preceded by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Argus J. Chauvin.
  Correction - The death notice for Nurvey Chauvin which appeared in Thursday's edition should have stated that she was survived by an additional sister, Mrs. Clifton (Ethel) Coffman of Houma. This information was not available at press time.
