 Laurentine Marcel Bergeron, 103, a native and resident of Houma, died at 9 pm Monday, Dec. 21, 1992.
 Visitation will be from 6 to 10 pm today and from 8 am to funeral time Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 10:30 am at the funeral home chapel with burial in St Francis de Sales No. 1 Cemetery.
 She is survived by two sons, Lucius and Samuel Bergeron of Bayou Blue; five daughters, Mrs Alphonse (Grace) Porche, Mrs Whitney (Nell) Matherne of Bayou Blue, Jeanette Bergeron, Mrs William (Estelle) Byrd of Escondido, Calif., and Mrs Robert (Elda) Countess of Toney, Ala.; 32 grandchildren; 66 great grandchildren; and 20 great great grandchildren.
 She was preceded by her husband, Eddie W. Bergeron; her parents, Theodule and Adelaide Bergeron Marcel; two sons, Rene and Roy Bergeron; four brothers, Jessie, Wiley and Dennis and Paul Marcel; and four sisters, Mrs Peter (Jenie) Savoie, Mrs Alfred (Louise) Dupre, Lucy Marcel and Mrs Freddie (Armentine) Guidry.
 She was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic church. She was a housewife.
