Mary Bergeron
Mary B. Bergeron, 94, a native of Bourg and resident of Houma, died at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2005.
Visitation will be from 4:30 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Prayer service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
She is survived by three sons, John Bergeron, Gene Bergeron of Houma and David Bergeron of Bourg; six daughters, Rachael B. Haydel of Coteau, Ruth B. Pitre, Ruby B. Ellender of Houma, Pat B. Bergeron, Myrtle B. Bergeron of Coteau and Judy B. Durocher of Houma; one sister, Beulah Lovell of Houma; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Bergeron; her parents, Willard Bourg Sr. and Ernestine Savoie Bourg; six sons, Perry, Roland, Sidney, Carol, Marty and Huey Bergeron; three daughters, Melba Bergeron, Celina Carlos and Suzanne Bergeron; one brother, Willard Bourg Jr.; and one sister, Lillian Eschete.
She was a homemaker and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
