  In the Name of the Benevolent Father of All, Amen:
  I, Charles Whiting of the village of Mowrystown, County of Highland, and State of Ohio, being of lawful age, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, Do Make, Publish and Declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
  First: My will is that all my just debts and funeral Expenses shall be paid out of my Estate as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.
  Second: I Give, Devise and Bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Whiting all of my Real Estate and Personal property during her natural life after her death then said property to be equally divided between heirs of my family.
  3rd I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Mary Whiting as executor of this my last will and testament and desire that no Bond be required of her.
  4th Should any of the heirs attempt to break the above named will at my death then it is my desire that they be cut out of their portion of this Estate.
  In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand at Mowrystown this 9th day of January, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Six (1906)
