a. Note:   Bowman, Warren - Gladys M. Bowman, 90, United Methodist Memorial Home, 801 Huntington Ave., died at 7 a.m. Friday in her residence. She was born in Majenica to the late Rollie and Anna (McMullen) Rittenhouse. She was also a former resident of Rock Creek Township, and graduated from Lancaster High School in 1928, and Manchester College in 1932. She married Charles Franklin Ralston on April 27, 1935. He died Aug. 23, 1975. She married Robert Levi Bowman on March 25, 1978. He died Dec. 11, 1991. Mrs. Bowman taught at Warren Elementary School in the 1930s and East union and East Rock Creek schools in the 1950s until her retirement in 1974. She was a member of the Rock Creek Homemakers Club, women's Fellowship Club. Loon Creek Church of the Brethren where she was a deacon and church board member.
