  1784 -- Peter Jackson is granted 287.5 acres in Washington Co., GA [Grant Bk FFF, p. 37]. Randal Jackson is granted 287.5 acres in Washington Co. [Grant Bk FFF, p. 41] And Reuben Jackson is granted 287.5 acres in Washington Co. [Grant Bk DDD, p. 275] Peter's grant was west of Michael Harvey. South of Michael Harvey's grant was Randolph Jackson's grant. East of Randolph's grant was James Harvey's grant. Beaver Dam Creek flowed through the southeast corner of James Harvey's land.

 1793 -- Randolph, Peter, Colesby [sic], and Reuben Jackson were adjacent to each other on the 1793 Greene Co. GA Tax Digest Part 1, in Kimbro's District. A newspaper reference said they were defaulters.

 1793 -- Randolph, William, and Peter Jackson were adjacent to each other on the 1793 Greene Co. GA Tax Digest Part 2, in Crowder's District. Reuben Jackson was also listed in Crowder's District. William owned land adjacent to Henry Graybill. Peter owned land adjacent to James Alford, and also land in Washington Co. GA adjacent to Thomas Joils.

 1796 -- Peter, Ran, Reuben, Colby, and a second Peter Jackson, were all in Kimbrough's District in the 1796 Greene Co. GA Tax Digest. Colby did not own land.

 1797 -- Peter, Reuben, Colby, Randol, a second Peter, and a second Colby were all in Tigner's District in the 1797 Greene Co. GA Tax Digest. Reuben also paid taxes for Shadrek Groves. One of the Colby's also paid taxes for Jesse Jackson. The other Colby owned no land.
