D. 4, died rather suddenly Saturday morning, Nov. 18, 1939, at 5 oÕclock at her home on the Oak Forest road. Mrs. Kent had been in poor health for some time, but her condition did not become serious until about two hours before her death. Born September 29, 1874, a daughter of Reason and Sidney Stewart Huffman, deceased, she spent all her life in Center Township and was widely known in the Oak Forest community. Mrs. Kent was a member of the First Christian Church of Waynesburg. She was married in 1897 to Harry Kent, who survives with one daughter, Mrs. Claudia Phillips, of Waynesburg, R. D. 4, and one son, Dorwin Kent, at home. There are five grandchildren. She also leaves three brothers and one sister, namely: J. L. Huffman, Meadville, Mo.; A. L. Huffman, Waynesburg, R. D. 3; A. C. J. Huffman, Waynesburg, R. D. 4, and Mrs. Icie (sic) O. Graham, Waynesburg. KENT - Funeral services for Mrs. Harry Kent, Waynesburg, R. D. 4, will be held Monday afternoon, Nov. 20, at 1:30 oÕclock from the late home on the Oak Forest road with the Rev. A. Homer Jordan in charge. Interment will be in Rosemont cemetery, Rogersville.
