 MRS. CHARLES E. HUGHES
  Mrs. Ruby J. Hughes, 56, of West Finley, died in Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh, at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday, November 25, 1970, after a serious illness of two weeks.
  Mrs. Hughes was born January 5, 1914, in West Finley Township, a daughter of Jacob and Minnie Henry Sprowls. She spent her entire life in West Finley Township. She was a member of Windy Gap United Presbyterian Church, a past elder and member of the Missionary Society and a member of West Finley FiremenÕs Auxiliary and Good Intent MotherÕs Club.
  She was married April 20, 1932, to Charles E. Hughes, who survives.
  Also surviving are three daughters, Doris Stollar, Canton, Ohio; Mary Lee, wife F (sic) Duane Swart, West Finley, R. D. 2 and Sharon, at home; two sons, Leo, Washington and Earl, Uniontown; three sisters, Mrs. Rea (sic) Karr, Town Inn, Del.; Mrs. Daisy Harris, Washington and Mrs. Sylvia Reese, West Finley, R. D. 2; two brothers, Melvin Sprowls, Washington and Delmar Sprowls, Akron, Ohio and 16 grandchildren. Two brothers are deceased.
  HUGHES - Friends of Mrs. Ruby J. Hughes, West Finley, who died Wednesday, Nov. 25, 1970, will be received from 7-9 p.m. Friday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday in the Brownlee Funeral Home, Claysville, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, in charge of Rev. Donald Parker, pastor of Windy Gap U. P. Church. Burial in West Finley Cemetery.
