Ely, of Morris Township, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 1946, at 11:40 p. m. at her home near Old Concord, following an illness of seven months. Mrs. Ely was born in Morris Township, Greene County, on May 9, 1888, a daughter of Joseph and Minnie Lightner Huffman, but had resided in Washington County the past 25 years. She was united in marriage to Donald J. Ealy (sic) on August 15, 1911. Mrs. Ely was a member of Old Concord Presbyterian Church and the WomenÕs Missionary Society of the Church. She leaves her husband and two sons, Joseph D. Ely, of Harrisburg, and Jack H. Ely, of Dayton, O.; five brothers: William C. Huffman, and Joseph Huffman, Washington; Cage Huffman, Nineveth (sic); Harley Huffman, Holbrook, and Ray F. Huffman, Waynesburg. Two sisters are deceased. ELY - Friends of Mrs. Jessie Huffman Ely, of Morris Township, who died Nov. 23, 1946, will be received at her late home near Old Concord, where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p. m. in charge of Rev.
