 WILLIAM RONALD FRANCIS
  William Ronald Francis, 68, of Lorain, Ohio died at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 1976 in St. Joseph Hospital, Phoenix, Arizona, where he had been a patient since January 12, 1976.
  Born March 23, 1907 in East Finley Township, he was a son of George Plants and Josephine Porter Francis. He was married June 7, 1927 to Bessie L. Horr, who survives.
  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lorain, Ohio and retired from the American Ship Company, Lorain.
  Surviving in addition to his widow are five sons: George Lewis of Shelby, Ohio; William Ronald Jr. of Amherst, Ohio; Harry Lee of Sullivan, Ohio; David of Apache Junction, Ariz. and Earl of Lorain, Ohio; one brother, Charles Kenneth Francis of Claysville; three sisters, Margaret Newlyn of Prosperity; Leanna Bristor and Grace Meighen, both of Washington; 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
  A son, James and two grandchildren are deceased.
  Memorial services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Fairmont United Methodist Cemetery.
