He was born June 13, 1883, in Greene County, a son of the late Justice and Selina Huffman Porter. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ella Dunn Porter. D., who died at Tempe, Ariz., Sunday, Feb. 5, 1956, will be received after 7 p. m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, at the George I.
