His given name is listed as ÒFrankÓ in this census. -------------------- AGED FARMER FOUND DEAD Thought to have suffered a cerebral hemorrhage while undressing for bed Tuesday night, John Franklin Supler, 83, prominent Richhill Township farmer, was found dead on the bedroom floor of his home, West Finley, R. D., near AckleyÕs Bridge, yesterday morning at 8 oÕclock by his brother, George W. Supler. Coroner Raymond C. Adamson said that Mr. Supler had been dead for several hours and was partly clothed. He said that there was no evidence of foul play and that nothing in the room had been disturbed. No inquest will be held. Mr. Supler was never married and was born in Richhill Township and had been a lifelong resident of the county. He was a son of the late John and Eveline Gregory Supler and is survived by his brother, George W. Supler, who lives in the some (sic) house and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Farrell (sic), of Washington. He was a member of the Enon Baptist Church. SUPLER - Funeral services for John Franklin Supler, of West Finley, R. D. 3, will be held Friday afternoon, December 30, at 2 oÕclock from the Enon Baptist Church with the Rev. E. M. Oakes officiating. Interment will be in the Enon Cemetery. The body will remain at the Ralph H. Scott Funeral Home, Rogersville, until noon Friday when it will be taken to the church. Friends will be received at the funeral home.
