 JONATHAN WILLISON
  Waynesburg, July 9. - Following an illness of but a few hoursÕ duration, Jonathan Willison, a wealthy and influential resident of Franklin township, died shortly after 8 oÕclock last evening at his home in Morrisville. Heart failure was the cause of death. For the past 50 years Mr. Willison had conducted a blacksmith shop at Morrisville, where he had spent his entire life. He was 72 years of age. Mr. Willison had been in his usual health and Wednesday worked in the blacksmith shop. Thursday morning he arose at his accustomed hour and went into the garden. While working there he was suddenly taken ill and reached the house with difficulty. He rapidly became worse and his death occurred at the hour stated. During his long life Mr. Willison took an active part in the affairs of the township and county. He was a Democrat but never held political office. He was a mason. Besides his wife, who before her marriage was Miss Agnes Porter, of Franklin township, Mr. Willison is survived by one daughter, Mrs. L. S. (NOTE: THE MIDDLE INITIAL CONFLICTS WITH INFORMATION FOUND IN OTHER SOURCES) Milliken, of Rutan. No arrangements for the funeral have yet been made.

 JONATHAN B. WILLISON
  Jonathan B. Willison, a most highly respected citizen, died at his home in Morrisville, Thursday evening, July 8, aged 72 years, after a few hours illness from heart trouble. Mr. Willison was widely known as an expert blacksmith, he having spent the greater part of his life at the blacksmith trade in Morrisville. He was a man of many sterling qualities, was kind hearted and generous, and most highly esteemed by all who knew him. He was a member of the Masonic fraternity. Besides his wife he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. L. F. Milliken, of Rutan. The funeral services were held on Saturday at 2 p. m. and were conducted by the Rev. W. H. Gladden, of Rogersville. The Masonic order attended in a body.

 JONATHAN B. WILLISON.
  Jonathan B. Willison died at his home in Morrisville, east of town Thursday evening, July 8, 1909 aged about 72 years. Mr. Willison was taken severely ill of heart trouble about noon, and grew rapidly worse until death came a few hours later. The deceased was one of Greene countyÕs most honest and industrious citizens. He was widely known as an expert blacksmith, and most of his long life had been spent in the blacksmithing business in Morrisville: He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Mrs. L. F. Milliken, of Rutan. The deceased was one of the oldest members of Waynesburg Lodge No. 153, F. & A. Masons. The funeral took place from the late residence at 2 oÕclock Saturday, in charge of that fraternal organization. Interment in the Oakmont cemetery (NOTE; THE LOCATION OF INTERMENT CONFLICTS WITH INFORMATION FOUND IN OTHER SOURCES).
