King, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Waynesburg, died in the Allegheny General hospital Tuesday morning at 2 oÕclock, after a twelve weeksÕ illness due to a complication of diseases. He was aged 57 years. Mr. King was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob King, deceased, and was born in Wayne township, where he spent his early life. He graduated from Waynesburg college and later studied law, practicing in Waynesburg for several years. About five years ago he opened an office in Pittsburgh and became a member of the Allegheny county bar. He is survived by his wife and four children, Mildred, Pauline, Louise and Floyd, all of Washington, Pa. He also leaves two brothers and a sister, James King, of Waynesburg; Jesse King, of Blacksville, and Mrs. Don South, of Mt. Morris. The body was brought to Waynesburg and the funeral services were held at the home of his brother on West Greene street, Wednesday at 3 oÕclock. Interment in Green Mount cemetery.
